Q. HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

We provide free delivery for orders above OMR 15.00 and charge OMR 1.00 delivery fee for orders below OMR 15.00 of total price. And Minimun order price is OMR 10.00 .

Q. CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER?

The delivery information of the ordered can be checked in [My Info] You Change through the Customer Center.

Q. I CHECKED THE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ON THE WEB SITE, IT SHOWING DELIVERY HAS BEEN COMPLETED, BUT THE DELIVERY DID NOT ARRIVE.

If the delivery progress on the website is ‘Delivery completed’ or if you have received text for delivery.
It is in delivery and can be delivered within one to two days.
If you have not received the regular delivery, please contact to customer service.


Q. I MAKE THE ORDER ON ONLINE MALL. CAN I PICK THEM UP IN SHOP?

Yes. When you make the order, comment on the delivery note.
Or call to customer center for inform to your order with date and time for pick up.

* Must make the order before pickup day or make the order before 10 am.


Q. I HAVE ADDITIONAL ITEM FOR ORDER.

If you want additional items after make order(before delivery), make one more order with the same ID.
No need delivery fee with the additional order.

*After driver gone out, can not make an additional order.
*in other cases, we deliver tow or more invoices
