Our customer service will call you back for processing.
The driver will be visited for the return of the item.

Shop
If you have purchased items at a store, you need to visit the shop where you purchased it.
Our staff will assist you with your return/exchange according to your needs.

Q. HOW MUCH I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN DELIVERY FEE?

Delivery is free If there is a problem with items. However, you will have to pay 1 OMR without any product problems.


Q. I GOT THE WRONG ITEM / DAMAGE ITEM ON MY DELIVERY.

Sold out items will be replaced or canceled as requested by your order form.
When you receive your order, you will be able to view it on your receipt.
If other products or items are missing, please contact the Customer Center.


Q. CAN I EXCHANGE THE DAMAGE ITEMS?

If the product is damaged, you can exchange and return only the same products.
If you wish to exchange for another product, please return the item and order a new one.
